    Typically, you are the expert on your business, so it's often best if the content comes directly from you. However, if you need assistance, our team includes a copywriter who can help refine or create original content for you at an additional cost.
  • Where should my website be hosted?
    There are numerous web hosting companies globally, and the saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies to web hosting. Shared hosting plans are generally the most cost-effective option. The choice between shared hosting and dedicated servers depends on your specific needs and budget: Shared Hosting: This is an economical choice where multiple websites share the same server resources. It's ideal for small websites or blogs with moderate traffic. While it offers a low cost, performance can be impacted by the activities of other sites on the same server. Dedicated Server: This option provides a server dedicated solely to your website, offering superior performance, greater control, and enhanced security.   • What if I want to make a change to my logo?
    No problem at all. Once we complete the logo, we will send you several concepts (depending on the package you select) for you to review. You’ll have the chance to provide feedback and request any necessary modifications. You can request as many changes as needed, but typically, up to 4 rounds of revisions are included in the project scope. If additional revisions are needed beyond this, they will be billed at RM200 per revision round and added to the final invoice.
  • What if I do not like the logo design I get?
    We strive to perfect your logo design until you're completely thrilled with it. While it’s rare for our customers to be dissatisfied, if you find yourself unhappy with your logo design for any reason, we offer a 50% money-back guarantee.
  • I have a logo design project that needs to be done by tomorrow, can you do it?
    Unfortunately, this isn't possible. As much as I’d love to, I’m a designer, not a miracle worker!
  • How does copyright work?
    Upon completion of the logo design project and after payment has been received, the copyright for the final approved logo will be automatically transferred to you. Copyright protection grants the copyright holder exclusive rights to print, display, and distribute the design. This transfer means you have full freedom to use the logo as you wish. We simply request the right to include the logo in our portfolio as an example of our work.
